Our Story

The journey that inspired us to rethink healthcare for families living apart.

Why We Built Zasyl Care

Kerala has one of the largest expatriate communities in the world.

Malayalis serve global populations across the GCC, UK, US, Canada, and Australia — working as doctors, nurses, engineers, and professionals inside some of the most advanced healthcare systems.

But back home, their own parents still stand in long hospital queues for a 10-minute consultation.

They travel hours for routine checkups.

Care is fragmented.

And many continue to face preventable complications from diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and obesity.

For families living abroad, every phone call from home carries the same quiet question:

“Are they really okay?”

We Saw the Gap

We understood this deeply — because we were migrants too.

While living and working within Australia’s healthcare system, we experienced how technology, coordinated care, and modern health models can transform people’s lives.

And one thought kept returning to us:

shouldn’t families in Kerala have access to the same level of care?

A Different Way to Care

The world has moved forward- Digital health, Remote monitoring, Coordinated care, Continuous follow-up.

Yet many families in Kerala still navigate healthcare alone.

So we decided to bring that thinking back home.

Because if there is one culture that truly understands responsibility toward parents, it is ours.

Our Belief

Hospitals should treat illness.

Health should be managed continuously.

That belief is what built Zasyl Care.

A personalised virtual care model— so families abroad can stay connected, informed, and confident that their loved ones are being cared for.

Continuous. Connected.
Always on schedule.

That's not telehealth. That's ZasylCare Virtual Health.
